PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
We process your personal data only to the extent we need in order to handle your enquiry and carry out the cleaning you order. This page explains what we collect, why we process it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
Who the data controller is
The controller of your personal data is Eva Krausová, company ID (IČO) 29784476, registered at Křejpského 1504/37, Chodov, 149 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, trading as Kraus & Mart.
You can write or call us any time on +420 733 496 567 or e-mail us at info@krausmart.cz.
We have not appointed a data protection officer — we are not required to.
What data we process
From the enquiry form on this website we receive your name, e-mail address, phone number and the message you write to us.
Your enquiry is sent together with the settings you choose in the price calculator: type of cleaning, size of the space, how often you want it, any extra services and the indicative price. Without those we could not prepare an offer for you.
If we agree to work together, the address of the place to be cleaned and your billing details are added.
We measure website traffic in aggregate and anonymously. Those statistics cannot identify you.
Why we process your data
Every kind of processing has a legal basis under the GDPR:
Handling your enquiry and preparing an offer — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Ordering, carrying out and invoicing the cleaning — performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Bookkeeping and archiving tax documents — compliance with a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Keeping a record of our communication in case of a later dispute — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Measuring how well our advertising works — only if you allow it in the cookie bar, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
We do not use your data to send marketing messages, and we do not profile you or make automated decisions about you. Google’s advertising system only receives the information that an enquiry came from an ad — never your name or contact details.
How long we keep your data
Enquiries that did not lead to a booking: 6 months from our last contact.
Data from an agreed booking: for as long as it lasts and 3 years afterwards, which matches the general limitation period.
Accounting and tax documents: for the period required by law, usually 5 to 10 years.
Once the reason for keeping the data ends, we delete it.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes. Only those we could not provide the service without have access to it:
the cleaners who carry out the work you have ordered,
Framer B.V., based in the Netherlands, as the operator of this website and the form your enquiry is sent through,
the provider of our e-mail mailbox,
our accountant, who processes the paperwork.
Google Ireland Ltd. as the operator of the Google Ads advertising system — only if you have consented to measurement cookies, and only as an anonymous signal that an enquiry was sent.
We process your data within the European Union. Google may process part of the measurement data in the USA under the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Should any other supplier transfer data outside the EU, this happens under the standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and traffic measurement
This website uses technically necessary cookies, without which the pages would not work. We measure traffic in aggregate and anonymously — without cookies and without consent.
If you allow it in the bar on your first visit, Google Ads additionally stores measurement cookies (_gcl_au and _gcl_aw, valid for 90 days). They tell us whether a visit from our ad led to an enquiry, so we can set up our advertising better. Without your consent these cookies are not stored.
You can change your decision at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer.
Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right:
of access — to find out what data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it,
to rectification, if the data is inaccurate or incomplete,
to erasure, once we no longer need the data,
to restriction of processing,
to portability of the data you have given us,
to object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
to withdraw consent if you have given it; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Just write or call us using the contacts above. We will get back to you within one month at the latest.
If you believe we handle your data badly, you can contact the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Effective date
These terms are effective from 14 September 2026. If we change them, we will publish the new version on this page.
